If those people apply online, they must be permanent residents of this union.

 All documents required to apply. That is:

1. 1 copy of photocopy of national identity card of the person.

2. Two copies of passport size photographs.

3. Must have cash account with SIM registered in own name.

4. The person should be present with his mobile phone. Application is running from 20-08-2023.
